Verify GAC Telemetry Policies

Troubleshooting


If telemetry data is not appearing in Dream™, confirm that telemetry reporting policies are enabled in your Google Admin Console.

Steps

  1. Log in to https://admin.google.com

  2. Click Devices, then click Chrome, then click Settings

  3. Click Device Settings

  4. Scroll down to the User and Device Reporting section

  5. Confirm all reporting policies are set to Enabled
