Helpdesk Ticket General Information


Ticket Details

Ticket details are displayed at the top of the ticket page. Linked repair tickets and linked helpdesk tickets are shown below the ticket header.


Comments

Comments can be entered at the bottom of the ticket page.

  • Private comments are visible to helpdesk agents and Super Admins only

  • Public comments are visible to the ticket submitter and anyone with private comment access

Audit Trail

The Audit Trail provides a full history of ticket edits and transactions.

Attachments

Files can be attached to a ticket from the Attachments tab.
