How to Create a Helpdesk Ticket
Helpdesk tickets are the starting point for tracking device issues, repair requests, and general support needs in Dream™.
Steps

Click Manage, then click Tickets

Click Create New Ticket

Populate all relevant helpdesk ticket information

If a repair is required, check Requires Repair to create a linked repair ticket — information will carry over automatically

Click Create Ticket or Create & Open
