How to Create a Helpdesk Ticket

Helpdesk tickets are the starting point for tracking device issues, repair requests, and general support needs in Dream™.


Steps

  1. Click Manage, then click Tickets

  2. Click Create New Ticket

  3. Populate all relevant helpdesk ticket information

  4. If a repair is required, check Requires Repair to create a linked repair ticket — information will carry over automatically

  5. Click Create Ticket or Create & Open
