Parts Only Dispatch

Use this process when repairs are tracked in a separate system and you only need parts dispatched through Dream™.


Create the Helpdesk Ticket

  1. Click Manage, then click Tickets

  2. Click Create New Ticket

  3. Populate all relevant helpdesk ticket information

  4. Check Requires Repair

  5. Select Internal from the Repair Provider dropdown

  6. Click Save & Next

Complete the Repair Ticket

  1. Specify the Ship Parts To location
  2. Complete any remaining fields and click Create Repair & Add Parts

Add Parts

  1. Select VT Verified Parts from the compatibility matrix

  2. Select Out-of-Warranty or In-Warranty Repair

  3. Check Request Part to notify Vivacity of your need

  4. Click Create Line Item

  5. Use the action button on individual lines or click Request All

Out-of-warranty part requests will generate a quote. Vivacity will not be notified unless the part is explicitly requested.

Mark the Ticket Complete

  1. Click Edit Ticket

  2. Change In-House Status to Complete

  3. Add a note and click Update
