General Repair Ticket Information and Editing
Ticket Relationship
Helpdesk and repair tickets have a parent-child relationship. The helpdesk ticket is always the parent of the repair ticket.
Viewing Ticket Details
| Tab | What It Shows |

| Line Items | All parts and line items on the ticket |
| Repair Images | All images attached to the ticket |
| Notes | All notes added to the ticket |
Adding to a Ticket

Click Add New Repair Image to attach images

Click Add New Note to add notes
Ticket Actions
- Click Print Ticket Estimate or Download Ticket Estimate to get a PDF estimate
- Click Update to Student to move a ticket from the In-House Repair Center to the Student Repair Center
- Click Edit Ticket to update the assigned technician, ticket status, or add a note
