July Dream™ Release Notes
Admin Invites and User Management
Admins can now invite other users directly to Dream. No more waiting on us to add new team members. This puts user management fully in the hands of account admins and makes it way easier to scale adoption across a district. Bigger picture, this is a big step toward faster, self-serve growth on Dream.
$1,000 Referral Credit
Accounts that refer another account to Dream can now earn a $1,000 Vivacity credit when the referred account syncs with Google. The whole referral flow is woven directly into Dream, making it easy to refer and track rewards.
Cleaner Filters and Table Settings
We've redesigned the filter by column UI across all tables to be cleaner and more intuitive. Table settings got the same treatment, making them easier to understand and adding a compact view option for tables.
New Report Designs Are Rolling Out
We're refreshing the UI across all of our reports, and the first batch is live. This release includes:
- Fleet Value
- Vivacity Repairs
- Package Tracking
- Account Credit History
- Repair Device History
- And more!
More reports will get the new design in upcoming releases.
Repair Workflow Enhancements
Improved repair image and note management with reusable components, added customer/internal image visibility controls, and enabled file attachment upload/download. Repair Receiving now preserves table preferences, part selection prevents duplicate line items, and "Picked" indicators improve visibility. "Did Not Arrive" tickets now auto-close after 30 days.
